1. I watched that lens flare, was not a good addition to the photo, but as time had passed, the flare had shown the exposure, and the creativity of the photo. This can also expose you main subject of the photo. It shows the nature of the photo taken itself.
3. I learned that lens flare is some times, some what, important to add to your photo, to give your main subject more exposure and attention.

a. I chose this photo because the first flare that actually catches your attention is the main subject of the guy that is on the shoulder's of a person, and the flare basically points you in the diretion of the concert itself and the flare from the top lights.
b. I can only see Balancing Elements, because the subject helps balance the flare with the other's, and it balances whats goin on with the subject and the concert.
