Aperture, Shutter Speed, ISO - how do they all work?

F16, Rule For Photography
1. The Eyes, because, basically the bigger the pupil, the more light we reflect and the more light we capture.

2. The Smaller the aperture the bigger the photo, the Higher the aperture the more the light is going to get inside the camera.

1. I would use flash and fast shutter speed.

2. When You Have plenty of light.
3. when there is not enough light.

At f 2.8 , the background gets more brighter, and at 4 4 it gets dimmer and more clearer, and at f5.6 It get a little darker, and at f8 it get more dimmer, at f 11 it shows the picture more clearer, at f 16 the picture is more visible, at f 22 the picture is a lot more darker.
